I bought these for my 2002 Explorer. 2 out of 3 fit .. not good, but acceptably. The third was WAY out in left field. They're not bad if you're willing to settle for partial compatibility.

DONT BOTHER WITH THESE POS
better off taking the little money this item is and just give it to a bum they say it fits an 2001 ford escape well thats a damn joke this guy shouldnt even be able to sell anything on amazon as these knobs are cheap and dont even fit i have to litery push one knob in with so much pressure i feel like im going to break my climate control and yes only one knob will fit and it sticks out about an inch so it looks completly retarded so dont even buy from this guy your better off spending the 25 and get them from ford that will fit perfect

Had just the knob that I needed and it installed easily. Another great product from Dorman!

Sold with unneeded parts for different cars
It worked. It was one of three different knobs included in the package. I can't use the other two knobs as they are for another vehicle. Why don't they sell just the one part I need instead of a pack of knobs for various other vehicles?

The knob worked great on a 2002 Ford Escape. The shipping estimate did not match the exorbitant shipping cost upon paying at checkout. $7 for the part, $12 for the shipping. Still worth it in the end.
