Extremely well made and designed. Arrived with straps fully lengthened and barely could get my arms through the loops. Since it pulls up at the arms, the brace does not extend down to waist and give any support to the lower back. Best use is for pain in mid and upper back and for posture. I thought that I would get lower back support but the straps were too short to allow brace to be p[positioned lower. PLENTY of overlap in the waist band secured by Velcro.Did I get a defective one?As I said a beautiful piece of desaign. FYI 5'4:. 145lb. and bought the Medium
