This is just a wonderful product. And it is from England! I highly recommend it to youeither for your consumption or as a gift for a good friend.

Okay, not my favorite, but not bad either.

I first found this cheese at Sam's Club, where I purchased it in November (2015). The cheese is a bit hard to cut, as it's a softer type of cheese and tends to crumble, but the flavor is excellent. Slightly sweet, nice cranberry flavor (lots of tender cranberries are in this particular variety) in a smooth cheese setting. Great for desserts (I'd pair it with an Ice Wine, but that's my sweet tooth talking!). I love this cheese on a buttery type of cracker, for smoothness in your mouth, but since I also love Wheat Thins, I use it on those as well. Great gift for the cheese lovers in your life!
