Budesonide is superior to all the other nasal steroids. It works great, so if you need one, this is the one to get!That all being said, the best allergist I've ever had warned me not to use ANY nasal steroid for more than two weeks because they thin the tissues in your nose and you may start getting nose bleeds. You might need to experiment if you need to use one for longer.

It helps me to breathe more easily without pills

This spray works better and last longer than Flonase for me . It does not cause post nasal drip , or affect you as much as other steroid , but I will have to use it longer to see if it really works for more than just a week.

The Rugby Budesonide Nasal Spray - Allergy and Nasal Congestion Relief is a great substitute when I can't do the Budesonide nasal rinse. It makes traveling easier so I don't have to pack a netty pot.

Ended up finding this product after doing some research on alternatives to nasacort, which seem to work but not entirely, and afrin which quickly builds tolerance.I live in Texas and if you know anything about the allergies here the oak, mold and cedar are bad this time of year.I take Xyzal at night as directed and it will keep me pretty clear throughout the night and most of the morning, but by mid-afternoon I'm already stuffed up. In addition I work in a Furniture Warehouse where the area is so dusty you can see the particles in the air so this definitely doesn't help.My quality of life has always been poor when my allergies aren't managed because I don't have a sense of taste or smell (unfortunately has been going on YEARS before that became a symptom of COVID) so much so that at periods of time I saved a lot of money eating extremely bland food because I wasn't going to taste it anyways.So far I have noticed a big difference with the Budosenide. While I'm not completely clear (artificially clear like Afrin) it's enough for me to get through my day being able to have my senses taste and smell. I would recommend it, for some reason here it is not stocked on the shelves I had to find it here on Amazon.
