I'm wearing a natural hair style. This gel is great in the setting. It gels great, with no fragrance, and moisturizers my hair. A very valuable produce for me!

I use this when I am doing micro coils or a coil out on my natural hair. The consistency is thick so you need to be careful when applying, but the results are great. Achieves good hold without crunch & a lasting style. It also smells great. It has become a regular staple in my natural hair product stable.

I have no flaking, love the shine it gives my hair and it doesn't dry my hair out.

I have 5c hair and this is the first product that ive used and have LOVED the results!!!! My Girlfriend even loved it and she hates the fact im going natural. Now that i know its cheaper on Amazon i plan on ordering this from here from now on!

Keeps my frizz down without flaking and makes my hair feel soft. Can't say it's moisturizing though. Doesn't make your crisp when it dries.

Dark and Lovely has never gotten it right for me. This product went on nicely, then turned to little balled up flakes that made my hair look like I had a severe case of dandruff. I only used this product with two of the other products in this new line. It does not work for natural African American hair. My shoulder length hair shrunk. There was no elongation of my curls. This is absolutely the LAST time I will use ANY product developed by this company. I am speaking from a few decades of my experience with trying their products, off and on. Every time I give this company's products another chance, I am ALWAYS disappointed.

I love this gel. It takes a very small amount to get my hair looking just like I want it - and mixes really well with my other products.

like the typical natural woman I am sometimes heavy handed when applying product! Be cautious with this gel! My first use of this gel was on Bantu knots and the definition and curl were great but they were crunchy! You need very little to give the hold you need. When applied lightly my twist out, Bantu knots and braid outs were AMAZING!

As described. Provides nourishment and curly style hairdo. Mesure well the quantity you use. It can leave a greasy feel if too much is used. No white residue on my trial.
