Never tasted a coconut water that was nasty. That was the first word that came to mind when I swallowed this. Did they even taste their product??? Adding sugar, which is totally unnecessary, didn't help either. I ended up dumping the remainder packets next to the coffee station at work.

not natural at all, SUGAR is #1 ingredient and the coconut is spray dried, not the usual freee dried , leading me to believe there are chemicals drying it. i am not sure about that, but i returned it for a refund and found a better natural one by Nativas from same seller, Swanson Vitamins, a great company !!

Ah the great quest for good young coconut water. So many have tried and this one, sorry to say, is a flatliner. It barely tastes like coconut water at all - it tastes like bad salty slightly mechanical water. Bleck. The instructions indicate a specific brand of water to use as a base, but I am not convinced that it would help. I had hoped dried original water reconstituted would taste the same, but when you freeze out mother nature, apparently you freeze out taste. Oh well. Back to the asian grocery store in hopes that a rare shipment of fresh young coconuts has arrived. Please stop freezing them before they get to the store - you may be causing a supply problem! The two stars are for the concept and the seller who was very prompt.

Great to have portable packets for training and endurance race events. I prefer to use this over many other electrolyte products because of the high potassium to prevent cramping. Tastes great too! Highly recommend.
