Rack-A-Tiers Electrician's Combo Belt & Bag - Large, Nylon, Black

These bags are absolutely awesome! The fit was just as i expected. I wear a 38 waist pant and they are right on the money. The off hand pouches are deep and roomy, perfect for wire nuts and speed locks. The outside pouches hold all the staples and grabbers i typically use in a day. The tool side is a bit flat bu that will probably work itself out over time. The back section of the belt is perfect. Super comfortable and if you wear them like you are supposed to (above the waistline) it keeps them exactly where they should be. I wrapped the belt with electrical tape where the leather is sewn on because the velcro on the padded portion of the belt started to frey the stitching after the first day so that should help with longevity. I coupled mine with the occidental leather light weight suspenders, i just removed the leather loops and attached them directly to the belt and let me just say i couldnt be happier with the setup. Im currently a 4th bracket IBEW apprentice and i have no doubt that these will last me the 3 years i uave left in the apprenticeship and well beyond.

I was an electrician for about 10 years over 15 years ago and had tool a few tool belts one leather and 2 nylon. I got this for a few projects around the house and to have a tool belt again. Man, have things changed in 15 years, gone of the thin flimsy tool pouches that wear out quickly and allow tools to break thru. These things are like luggage only very lightweight. There are a ton of pockets for all of the tools an electrician carries and then some. I was able to fill each pocket with a tool and the pockets are large enough that the tool goes in and out with ease. The mose impressive feature is the support the belt offers is excellent. The issues with the belt wearing hot and causing perspiration is greatly reduced compared to the old belts. This belt has hooks for suspenders so also are gone the days of using the clip on deal that are not so effective. I got a nice set of padded ToughBuilt suspenders for $12 that are a great match for this set up. All in all I sure wish the tool belts were like this one years ago. I am super happy and look forward to using this set up in the years they are sure to last ahead. Awesome set up for a $100.

My bf is an electrician and says that this is amazing! He wears it all day and it doesn’t cause any discomfort, it holds so many tools and they are easy and convenient to access in the middle of work!

The media could not be loaded.  Overall belt is amazing and fits comfortable but a bit upset the belt didn’t come with the tape holder.

i love my Rack A Tiers 43243 elec. combo belt. way better than the 300 dollar occidental leather 5590 commercial electrician belt that i bought and returned before purchasing my rack a tier tool bag. i absolutely recommend this belt super comfortable and plenty room for all my tools and material without feeling heavy. my only issue is the belt is too big i have a 36 in. waste so i ordered the large 35-39 in waste supposedly. i would like to return them and get the right size but it sucks to have to wait plus i feel the mediums might just barely fit leaving me no room if i gain any weight. just a bummer but overall still love this tool belt

The only thing that's keeping me from putting 5 stars is the fact of my wire nuts not having a secure , enclosed place to stay . So if you where to tip it in the back of your truck , you would have a huge mess. Otherwise I work 60-70 hours weekly in this belt with no problem. Comfortability : it's no Lincoln , but it's comforting enough not to hurt my hips .Wheight : it honestly depends on how much you have in it , I can work with my drill ( ridgid brushless model hammer drill/drill/driver) clipped on the back of it with no problem at all.Support : wide back support which is comfortable. The ventilation to this belt it superb compared to the other belts I have worn . ( millwaulkee , and some belt from Lowe's , don't remember the name because I returned it )
