Not comfortable
This is the widest model I tried and the least comfortable. I've tried 4 different manufactures and so far the Pacey Cuff is by far the most comfortable and expensive! LOL I ordered a spare.

My husband has to use the product and has for years. Gives him freedom to his everyday life

It's okay.
I found it adequate, but it takes some experimentation to get accustomed to it. In some situations it is fine. I wouldn't try going through airport security while wearing it, though.

Works for as long as you can tolerate it. For me that was 2 hours max.
