Megamaster 720-0804 Propane Gas Grill, Black

This is the second gas grill I have purchased, built and used. Assembly was simple with assistance of my adult son. I liked the look of this grill when I decided to purchase a gas grill. The only problem I had with it was using the starter and once we got it tightened up enough it started without any problem. I didn't want a grill with all the extra burners and was pleased to see this one. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Having never put one of these together before, it took me about 3 hours. Be sure to pay attention to how you attach the footings on the legs. I put one on backward, but it still works fine. My wife of 40 years said, follow the instructions. I said that is unmanly. LOL. Once together, I thought the starter was not working because the battery supplied in the box was dead. After going through five Costco bought Double AA Duracell batteries, the starter finally ignited the burners. So, lessons learned: 1) follow the instructions, 2) don't assume the battery supplied works, 3) don't buy Costco multi-pack Duracell batteries, 4) grilling is GREAT! Well worth the price!

I saw this grill at anothe store, but it sold out quickly. It was easy to assemble and is by far, the best one we've had.

Great grill! It does the basics right, no useless side burner or other "features" that would go unused and just raise price. It seems to burn very efficiently, warming up fast. This is my first gas grill and I'm sticking with it. Definitely recommend.

This is by far the worst grill I've ever owned. I hate it and have had it for only three months now. The ignitor doesn't work (replaced the battery multiple times), so I have to light each of the three gas pipes separately, if you look, they put a separate ignitor on each pipe. To ignite the center one you have to lift one of the grills, ugh. If you open the lid while grilling, there's a good chance a light breeze will extinguish the burner flames ( it's happened three times now ). So, I'll flip the burgers/steak, go inside to prep, come back five minutes later and the grill is cold and smells of gas, this thing holds no heat. It's an engineering enigma, absolute garbage.

After putting this together for a half hour, I fired it up and noticed the entire backyard smelled like propane. After testing connections with soapy water, there was a huge leak in the hose that goes from the tank to the grill around the regulator. They say they quality inspect each part, but that is definitely not the case.

Best grill! Can’t beat the price either
