Bluetooth keyboard

Comfort fit.
Definitely slim. It will fit well in my travel bag (main reason I bought it, along with the layout of the arrow keys).I've used the keyboard a lot this weekend already, and overall I'm happy with it.NOTE: once you have the batteries (2 AAAs) in and the USB adapter pugged in, you've turned the keyboard on, and you've waited for the driver to install, you need to press ESC+Q and wait for the little red light above F11 to blink and wear itself out (the directions weren't clear on this. I found it by searching for the manual online). Then try it to make sure the keyboard is paired. When my computer goes to sleep, you may have to redo it, as well as whenever you replug the USB adapter in or move it to another USB port.Keyboard size is suitable for my hands (I wear medium-sized gloves). My hubby's hands that can palm a basketball might find it a bit small, but usable. Although the keys are very smooth to the touch, the keys are slightly concave, so my fingers have pretty good hold. As a speedy typist (>140 wpm), I don't like the flat keys - my fingers find it hard to stay in the right place. Key response is pretty good, although keys stick once in awhile. I'll get a bunch of one letterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (like that), and there's a slight lag, so sometimes the keys I've pressed haven't registered properly. I'm paying attention to my keying technique to be sure I don't press more than one key at a time, in case that's the issue. I haven't figured out if it's that I have tons of devices plugged into my laptop or the keyboard itself. I've cleared the path between the USB adapter and the keyboard to make sure there's good signal clearance, but my hunch it's all the devices and not the keyboard. I'll update this review once I find out.So, 4 stars for the repeating letters and lag time. It's much more comfortable than my laptop keyboard for extensive typing (like grad-school paper and report writing), so I'll put up with these issues.

Simple wireless keyboard (no bluetooth)
Simple wireless keyboard for laptop or desktop. I do not want bluetooth keyboard. So I went with this.It works fine. It took me couple of weeks to adjust me to use delete button since it on top row.I am also using Anker mouse for past 6 months, based on its good performance and quality, I went ahead and got this keyboard.I use it for Desktop, since I do not want to number key pad occupying space and holding mouse causing the shoulder pain due to odd wide position. So far so good. It does require two AAA batteries.Decent keyboard for price. After I brought it, price went down to thirteen dollars. Just go for it.If you looking for more robust for little more price, I would suggest Logitech keyboard with blue tooth connection. Works great on my Toshiba Chromebook 2
Outstanding! Works great on my Toshiba Chromebook 2. Using an hdmi cable, I have my chromebook hooked to my 50 inch tv and sound comes through my stereo amplifier. I leave the chromebook near the tv and just run this keyboard and a logitech M510 mouse which also runs on a 2.4gz receiver. Great setup for watching youtube videos and surfing the web. Works without a glitch. The only thing to be aware of is that the function keys for chrome os do not work the same as on windows. There is a small learning curve. As someone else stated the volume functions are reversed but once your aware of that , it's no biggie.Unlike my previous similarly shaped bluetooth keyboard, this doesnt need extra input to wake up when it goes to sleep after about an hour of nonuse. My bluetooth keyboard would go to sleep in 15 minutes and often times I would have to go to settings and re-pair the keyboard to the chromebook---a royal pain. You can speed type with this keyboard and it won't miss a beat. It provides a very tactile typing experience. I like this keyboard much better than using a full sized much heavier keyboard. This keyboard weighs just 8 oz with batteries loaded. I use it on top of a lapdesk tray and it is very comfortable on my lap. This is a real bargain at only $14.This is the way to go if you want a glitch free experience when using with a chromebook. And with an 18 month warranty from Anker, you are assured of getting a replacement should the keyboard go bad.

Anker's products are getting cheaper, in a bad way.
I originally owned the older version of this keyboard, and really loved it. It always had great connectivity, was just heavy enough to feel solid on my desk, while still being very small to be nice and mobile. Key strokes felt pretty similar to the nice wireless Mac keyboard, too. It was good enough that I could do large programming and English paper projects on it, without ever a problem or a wish for another keyboard. I loved how little space it took up on my desk. After about 3 years or so, one of the keys just popped off wihle I was typing normally. I was kinda bummed about that, but decided to buy another one anyway, since I loved my first one so much, and since it's pretty affordable anyway. The new one doesn't stand up to the old one at all. It's much lighter, so feels cheap and not solid while I type. Keystrokes are noisier and a bit mushier. Whole thing just feels cheaper. The worst part is that it has an this issue where I'll press a button, and it will act like I'm holding it down. This is mainly problematic when it happens while I'm programming, and manages to delete a whole chunk of code before I realize it's happening. I can usually recover it with ctrl+z, but only if I realize it was happening. Just not a good experience when it happens.Overall, the newer one is worse enough from the first that I'm looking elsewhere for another keyboard that's a little nicer. I liked Anker's earlier lines of products (bought some USB cards and hubs and stuff, too), but nowadays they're just feeling like another company making cheapo parts, and I don't trust buying their stuff anymore. Doesn't help, either, when I see their same stuff with other brands on it. Makes me wonder if they're just selling crappy generic stuff with their brand on it.
