What you would expect from Hobie, easy to set up, nice to have the shade.The colors are reversed on the Amazon add though, take note of that.

I wouldn't recommend trying to install while on the water, but a quick pit stop in the shallows and 2 minutes later I'm in the shade!! Love it for the hot afternoons headed back to the truck. You can fish with it on, not as easy as without, but possible. I bought it so I would have some relief in the afternoons when I am headed back to the truck after my morning of fishing. Very well made and easy to set up, breaking down takes a minute to get use to just remember to unhook the tension strap on the mast pole!

I love this for the summer months in Florida! Every one who sees it loves it and is jealous of it! Fairly easy to put up while on the water. I’m glad I ponied up and bought the proper one made for my kayak. I only wish it came in all colors of the boat to match. I have the yellow-green boat.

This was easy to install, looks nice and most of all keeps the sun off me! I think it can be tilted to handle low sun, but haven’t tried that yet.

As with anything you add to a Hobie Kayak, it can be expensive. You'll find the expense worth it though after you've spent half a day in the hot sun. This keeps you shaded and happy : )

I can not say enough positive things about this. Great quality, easy to install, easy to get into Hobie when it is installed, and great coverage.

Easy to mount and provides good shade. Works perfectly on my Kobie Compass Duo for the back seat. My wife prefers to be in the sun (front seat) so it’s a good fit for us. No shade for the front seat. It’s y’all enough to not interfere with the paddle.

Broken It looked like a returned item due to lack of packaging and pieces missing , had to return, very disappointed- I have since gave the company another try and ordered another one and it is fantastic must’ve been just an error in the first shipment. Very pleased at this time with a second one🤩 would recommend
