This toner is refreshing after a wash and absorbs easily into my skin. You can feel the formula working upon application with mild tingles. I spray onto face and neck and then pat any excess into the skin and I’m left with soft skin without any sticky residue. Great prep for my serum I’ve found. A Nice spritz to the face to refresh my skin or even add a dewy glow to my made up look midday is nice too.
