After having weight loss surgery I couldn’t find vitamins that would not hurt my tummy. A friend recommended these and they are just the best. I find it best that you can put all the powders together and mix it like a drink and chug it. I definitely recommend these!! They are the best. Since each flavor is different it balances out the flavor.

I really haven’t noticed a big enough difference to justify the cost of the vitamins. They are not bad. I just expected more energy and a general better feel. I can’t say how they are different from other vitamins. Maybe a little gentler on the stomach. The caps are horrible and not user friendly for measuring, crusted with wasted product. It tastes fine.
