I was under the impression that this was a tension rod that didn’t need any screws or holes in the wall, but after hanging it in my closet with only a few things it fell down. I’ll definitely be using the screws that came with it for the extra support.Other than that, the style is quite nice and it is a decent size.

Using this rod as part of a makeshift temporary closet solution in a window eve until i can figure out something else. Without support, I got about 10 to 15 items on it before the rod slipped. But with support, I have about 40 knee length cotton summer dresses (sleeveless and short sleeve), 10 or so shrugs and maybe another 10 empty thin velvet hangers. Which is quite a bit. And while I could fit more, I dont want to stress the rod, as I am probably over the 20 lb max now. I used a couple of 1 1/2" round socket rod brackets to support it, as I could not find the 2" rod sockets it required for the rod to sit in the socket. The rod ends are just above the socket, but using the heavy duty solid chrome sockets set into a stud, so far, so good. New closet for under 30 bucks.

Wish it would hold more weight but it’s good quality and works for what I needed it to do. More closet space at work!!

I could've gotten those cheap white or black tension rods, but since I got grommet-top curtains, these rods really provide I high-end look.

I used it to hang my curtains in the living room.It was Quick, Easy, & Renter Friendly!The metal is solid and not thin. Has some weight to it! Rod is sturdy and strong.Overall, Great purchase for a easy hang!

Bought to hang clothing in a small opening in my closet.Went in real easy and is holding the clothing with out falling.I would recommend.

It was difficult to find a shower curtain rod for a small opening that looked good. This pole fits all of my requirements and better yet it was easy to install. It stays in place well.

Keep light stuff on this. Best for short curtain. We have those IKEA cubbies hanging on this and we have about 10 towels in the cubbies. Fell down yesterday without being touched. Easy to put back up but don’t expect to put much weight on this off your hoping to use it in a closet for example.

These curtain tension rod are expensive but it worth the money, I purchase for my living room, and repurchased again for my daughter bed room window. If you are looking for value for your money and quality, I would recommend this product.
