I LOVE THIS POWER PACK!!! I goy it to replace a different I had that I had dropped and broke off it’s backing. It was a great price and does a fantastic job. I have an iPhone 7 and I maybe use it a least a couple of times a week. I use it to charge both my phone and my headphones, and it can take it from 7% to about 60% in less than 20 minutes. I only have to charge it maybe once every three weeks? I’m not sure because I think I’ve only had to charge it two or three times since receiving it. What Im alluding to is that it lasts a long time and can charge your devices several times before needing to be charged itself. My only complaint is that it's quite heavy and a little bulky, but this makes it harder to steal and allows it to double as a table weight!

Its a little big, but that's expected for a 16,800 mAh. For the price its actually pretty good. It doesn't have a power indicator like some of the expensive ones, so you cannot tell how much juice is left in it. Minor inconvenience. I have had it for about 2 months. Used it daily during a 2-week vacation to charge both my and my wife's phone. It supports both micro-USB and USB-C. It has 2 ports so you can charge 2 phones at once. After you plug the phones to the power bank, you have to press the power button. Blue LED comes on to show that its working. Also, it automatically powers off when phone is unplugged. When the power pack is fully charged it will charge my Galaxy S8 from 0 to 50% in about an hour, which is excellent.

I love it used my first one for 6 months when I was at work it charged my phone and earbuds helped a lot to get through the 12 hour nights you know. I did find out they are not water proof and it wont hold a charge now but thats my fault. I have sence then ordered 4 more for the rest of the family and have not had a problem with any of them. The price is low the power is good charge time fast I will and have recomended this to a friend. Loved it!Edit- Not the brand they claimed but still a great charger.

Update 8/29/19: after buying another 10 of this battery thay all work amazingly and I will keep buying them even with my past note.Update 8/6/19: 1 of the plugs stoped working there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it visually just stopped changing. There is no contact info for the one year warranty (note: contact seller) but Amazon won't let you message sellers Review: So far I fully charged it and drained it 2 times I used it to keep my Google pixel 1 with a dieing battery alive for over 48h with out plugging into the wall and useing the phone alot and to the best I can tell it's 16800 mAh and vary nice i tried alot of batterys so far this is my favorite.

I admit I bought this originally due to the low price but I have become very impressed. Took it to a group camping trip and ended up lending it to other unprepared campers. In all, this battery pack recharged 3 iPhones and 2 Samsung phones. Still had one solid LED on.I really like the aluminum material. It feels solid, unlike another charger I have that is made of plastic. Definitely gives it an expensive look, which was great for show-n-tell.Having to press the power button each time was annoying though not a big deal.Other reviewers complained it’s not a “fast charger,” which I didn’t understand since the description doesn’t say anything about fast charging. In my experience my iPhone XR charges faster than if I used the original Apple charger.I did have a problem with one if the USB ports. I emailed them and they resolved it immediately so I was happy.Just a side note for reference, I’ve been charging the battery pack through a 20 watt portable solar panel sitting on my car dashboard. Starting from totally dead, it completely recharged in three days (22 hours). Mind you the weather has been cloudy in the morning; bright and hot in the afternoon. I’m sure I’m not supposed to leave the battery pack in the heat inside a car on a 95 degree day but the battery pack seems to handle it just fine.

Fits well in my sling bag. I wish you didn't have to push the power button every time you connect a device. I get about 2 - 3 full charges on my phone. Does take a long time to fully recharge but it's worth it. The charge holds for a very long time

I’ve had this product for over a month now. It works well. On a full charge, I am able to charge my iPhone or iPad several times. It is heavy, but understandably so. The shape is relatively compact given the capacitance. It stays cool while charging. It takes a while to fully charge, but that isn’t an issue for me.

Stopped working as a fast charger after about 2 weeks of use. I would even run the battery all the way down and then charge it completely before using it again like one is supposed to do in order to preserve the battery life. Now it charges most stuff but it takes about 4 times longer than it did originally. I would really like a new one to see if it was just this one specifically or the whole line of EUI portable chargers. I hope it's the former because if not, I'll go out of my way to prevent people from buying these or any other EUI products
