Motivating for everyone
Simple but effective for our 15 month old practicing from an open cup. Game changer. The lid fell off when he dropped it on the floor, but that’s to be expected. It’s not spill proof and I’m ok with that. Great size and he loves drinking out of his big boy cup like the rest of the family. Highly motivating with less mess, more practice.

**Product Review: Reflo Smart Cup (Clear 1-Pack)****Rating: 5/5**As a parent navigating the sometimes daunting world of toddler transitions, finding the right cup can make a world of difference. Enter the Reflo Smart Cup—an innovative take on the traditional training cup that promises to ease the transition from bottle or sippy cup to open cup, without the mess.**Design (5/5):**The Reflo Smart Cup's design is refreshingly simple yet highly effective. It's a clear, 6oz cup that resembles a regular open cup but comes with a unique flow-control insert. This insert helps regulate the flow of liquid, making it easier for toddlers to sip without the spills typically associated with open cups. The clear design allows kids to see how much liquid is left, which adds to the appeal.**Functionality (5/5):**Functionally, this cup shines. The 360-degree drinking edge means my child can drink from any point around the rim, mimicking the experience of drinking from an adult cup. The controlled flow insert prevents liquid from gushing out, promoting independent drinking while minimizing accidents. It's designed to work with any beverage, from water to juice, and even thicker liquids like smoothies.**Durability (5/5):**Durability is another strong point. The cup is made from BPA-free, phthalate-free plastic that's sturdy yet lightweight. It's dishwasher-safe, which is a huge plus for busy parents like me. We've dropped it numerous times without any cracking or leaking, which speaks volumes about its construction.**Ease of Use (5/5):**Ease of use is where the Reflo Smart Cup truly excels. Unlike traditional sippy cups with valves that can be hard to clean or cause frustration for toddlers trying to figure out how to drink, this cup eliminates those challenges. Its straightforward design encourages proper drinking habits from the start.**Overall Impression:**In conclusion, the Reflo Smart Cup has been a game-changer for us. It has successfully bridged the gap between sippy cup and open cup, empowering our toddler to drink like a big kid while minimizing spills and messes. Its thoughtful design, ease of use, and durability make it a must-have for any parent looking to support their child's developmental milestones with confidence. If you're considering transitioning your toddler to an open cup, I highly recommend giving the Reflo Smart Cup a try. It's a small investment that pays off in big ways, making me wonder why we didn't discover it sooner.

Great learning tool
We bought them to help my son learn to slow down when drinking from an open cup. They are great, until your very smart 20 month old figures out how to pull the stopper out. The cups themselves are well made, easy to clean, perfect size for little hands, and for the price it was worth getting them. Just have to pay attention that he doesn’t pull the stopper out.

Love them, he loves them!
We used sippy cups with my first daughter, solely, and by the time she was 4 she still had problems with frequently accidently tipping cups over. Our second daughter was exposed to regular cups earlier, because she was around a big sister, and by 4 she hardly ever had any problems with tipping her cups. This is when we realized that our first wasn't given the opportunity to learn that cups spill at an earlier age, whereas our second daughter was. Although it is easier to give little ones a sippy cup, it has dawned on me that the sippy cups were actually a hinderance to our eldest's cup learning curve, as it never leaked, never spilled. She could leave them anywhere, drop them, etc. she didn't need to learn how to be careful, heck she could throw them. So now on baby #3, we started giving him sips from our cups at about 6 months old, including straws. He's 18 months old now, and really prefers cups to sippy cups, but the flow is often too much! He'll start choking, yet still prefers the cups, so I sought something different. He is proud of this cup and really prefers it over any other. I mean he is clearly proud when he uses it. He doesn't drop it, but we started him early and he knows cups spill. The cup is made from the classic plastic tumbler material, which is a tad brittle. It is the same material my cups were in daycare. I do suggest buying two, because I already have a small fracture line, yet it is still intact. I will be buying more. And I imagine the gizmo can be used in any tumbler cup. In fact I just checked on one of my similarly shaped glass cups, and it fit just fine. Obviously I would use plastic tumblers and not glass, but the principal remains.I can see how the reflo gizmo could get stuck, so I use a firm tap on four corners and sometimes have to twist to remove it, but have yet to get it stuck. I am really glad I bought two. I also would slowly introduce this to a child trained on sippy cups, as they have a tendency to just drop their cups wherever. Show them, let themselves get soaked, so they get the idea. I highly, highly recommend this for children that are new to cups altogether, like babies, or not sippy cup or bottle users. I give this 5 because this product is awesome for us. I can always find new tumblers, but the reflo itself is ingenious, and I need more.

Cool but not a sure thing
Great concept, but our boy figured out to pull out the stopper in less then 15 seconds at 18 months. 3 yo now and uses the cups now

Promotes hydration great training cup for toddlers!
My mom was the first one to get my two year old to try this training open face cup. After seeing how much she drank throughout the day using this at my mom’s I had to get it!Promotes hydration. Only two piece that are super easy to clean. Thick plastic so doesn’t crack easy. The only thing is it will leak if tipped over so definitely a cup to just use at home under supervision lol

Great transitional cup for my toddler!
Definitely recommend these cups!! They are just the right size for my son's hands!! My son drinks less with these, which is fine due to potty training!! I bought a 4 pack and tested them out to see how they worked for him. These are a great transitional cup from sippy cups!! They are also a lot easier to clean!

Great training!
Love these cups! My toddler now knows how to drink from normal cups. Only bad side is that it does spill easily. But it is a great training tool.
