A Mexican twist to rival the best of Texas. A deep Chile flavor from both ancho and chipotle chilies with just enough heat, balanced by Mexican oregano and roasted garlic. Enjoy with crumbled quest fresco, avocado and tortilla chips.

Enjoy!
I love making sauces with this! It is so versatile! I’ve blended with balsamic and maple syrup for a quick glaze on pork chops - add rosemary and orange rind to really pump up flavor; works great in chili; blend with coconut cream and a hint of maple syrup for an interesting twist to mashed sweet potatoes; top a bean tostado with it, etc. It’s smokey and has a nice kick rather than a punch!

Fantastic and versatile- chipotle mayo, nachos, sauce for enchiladas... The sky's the limit!
This sauce is that fantastic balance of yin and yang- sweet and savory. I go through a lot of this stuff. I mix it with mayo to make chipotle mayo for avocados, sandwiches, etc. I use it as a salsa for nachos- it packs so much flavor that corn chips topped with cheese need no more adornment that this fantastic smoky rich sauce. This sauce is rich and has a nice somewhat thick viscosity.

Chipotle Mayo Shortcut
This + mayo = the best chipotle mayo! I usually chop canned Chipotles in Adobo to make chipotle mayo. I was hoping this would make it easier and sure enough, it's so yummy! Spicy, too!

Great taste
This tastes like the adobo sauce that comes with the canned chipotle peppers. It's so yummy!

Spicy but good
Good for if you don’t want to buy the peppers in adobo sauce, I just add a tbsp of this stuff and you get the same flavor. It’s really spicy though.
