So got it in time for valentines day. Overall the thing looks great for a gift. But showed a friend and they said the quality is not the best. However, for the price its still will do. Has some good options and I think it should work fine. The main thing I like about it is the show and presentation, how it looks when giving as a gift.

Received this yesterday and indeed as mentioned by others it is not that simple to use. The instructions are written in a way that doesn’t really clarify which brush to use or which color from the palette for the different steps. It only specifies “pick a contour color that is 3 shades darker than your skin color”. That is the extend of the color description. Also the palette doesn’t specify what colors are for what. I used long ago the palette from Lauren Hutton - big difference ! So I guess you do get what you pay for

I did use google to better understand how to use countouring generally speaking. Pigment seems to be good.It is a powered, so, don’t get dressed prior to finishing make up.

I really like this set. I'm a 55 y.o. woman, and a moderate application creates a natural everyday look. If you emphasize the dark and light shades, you get a good evening look. I usually apply it without foundation, and the coverage is great. The green and pink shades improve my under eye pigmentation better than any product I've used before.

No way for beginners. Disappointed. It has a face size chart. Then it shows where to contour based on your face size. But it dose t demonstrated what color. It shows color but beginners to confusing. It has to much colors on pallet to not say number 1 goes here number 2 pallet goes here ect. I was so excited. It’s powder to. Just kept in a draw now

Honestly I was expecting more of a cream type product, not powder, but I probably just didn't read the product name completely. Even still, I'm very pleased with this! I don't have much experience with makeup other than the basics, so the "tutorial" that comes with it is very helpful. I likely won't use all the colors because my skin color doesn't change much, but it seems like it would be useful for a wide variety of skin tones.

I like this product. It taught me about shading. You can almost use this for everything!

I bought this for my daughter, she now refuses to buy any other brand.
