I am very disappointed with this because I have nearly lost my watch multiple times due to the pins coming out in all positions. Both ends of band that connect to the case enclosure as well as the pin the holds the stretch latch piece. Every single one has come out more than once.

I have to admit that the seller is great, my first case arrived on time as described. However the case is fully assembled and comes with a small phillips head screwdriver to remove the locking screw. Problem is that the screw is in so tight, and it's so small that it strips before loosening. Seller replaced ASAP and I had a new case in a couple days.....but same problem.Not sure if it's the batch, but really need this to come unassembled so it can be assembled around the watch.Giving this a 1 start because I can't disassemble/use the case.

I like the case but after taking it on and off many times I can’t get it to charge I’m very disappointed going to see if there’s any videos out there but will send it back if it won’t charge

Exactly as advertised. However. I had to make some adjustments in order to connect it to the charger (i.e. trim the rubber off the back portion). Once that was resolved, it was the ideal case.

I love the fact it glows but two weeks into owing it the case cracked
