Good quality

The bag contained 4 rolls. It is a 3 ply tissue and one of the sides is very soft & smooth while the other side is a tad rough(probably for grip). The color is a very light pinkish brown shade. Havent used it for wiping as I prefer water spray gun instead of tissues. I use it to place the tissues over the toilet seat where the body touches the toilet seat.. The one side being rough helps the paper to stick on the toilet seat and not slip away when you are moving around. I wanted to use toilet tissues as I wanted to flush it down the toilet after its use . Normal facial tissues/napkins should not be flushed as it can clog up the drains. I tested the dissolve test on a mug of water and it got shredded to piece after 5 min so it will not clog the drains as it will pass through the septic tanks As these papers are made from Bamboo(similar to the sugarcane plant), it feels good that I am doing my bit to save the trees. A typical tree takes around 3-5 years to grow. A bamboo on the other hand only needs months and can be farmed.

Nice but do not last a full month

Quality is better than white toilet paper. Doesn't destroy the environment. Trees are not cut.

I have no issue with Beco toilet rolls and have bought them for years as love that they are bamboo and good quality. However I am disturbed that their quality and the amount keeps changing. I bought these rolls in February 2025 and again just now in October. The exact same item was order and yet see the difference in size and paper (Oct on the right). Advertised as same thickness and same number of pulls.

I gotta say, this paper roll is legit top-notch, and chemical-free. I've tried some natural ones before, but they just didn't cut it. Most of them didn't soak up well and had this funky smell. But this one? No stink, absorbs like a champ, and it's cut perfectly. I'm crossing my fingers they keep up the quality.

With such a good story behind about sustainability, recycling and all that, the quality of Beco's especially toilet paper is really not up to par. It is thin. Disintegrates on contact with even slight water. And the cutting of the paper on the roll is so badly done on most rolls that you end up pulling more than is needed for every use. Quality control on these is a big deterrent for me to purchase it every time. I give it a try every other purchase hoping they have improved on quality, but not so even with this last time purchase. Update end of June 23: Bought it yet again. Hoping yet again that the quality would have improved, but alas it is still horrible. Let me list it point by point what is wrong: 1. The sticker on the start of the roll is so forcefully glued on that to take it off, a chunk of the paper roll tears up through the roll, which means that much length of paper roll is in tatters. 2. The glue/press which is used to solder the start of the roll is done so badly that , that also tears the paper through layers and leaves even more length of roll in tatters and usable. 3. The start of the roll for many many pulls is not aligned well, the perforated holes aren't aligned. So whenever you pull the roll for use, more than you need or intended to gets pulled thus wasted. And you have to pull it to cut off the tissue which again leaves the roll looking quite untidy and hygienic. 4. Only after many meters of use, does the roll get the perforated hole cut lines alinged. By then almost half roll is over. 5. I have wanted to make a video about this but that means wasting a roll on it. Not very sustainable. 6. And these issues have been there every time. Really wish they would rectify such easily manageable issues if they really want to come across as a sustainable brand. The unnecessary wastage of paper cause of these issues is unforgivable. 7. Would 100% say these are NOT worth buying till they get their product up to the mark. Not only coz of the money wasted,but the amount of paper wasted on each roll, every time.
