I was pleasantly surprised with this. Installed in an hour and it works great. I have a 2015 STI with HK audio and steering wheel controls. You do have to program your steering wheel controls to preform the functions you want, but it was very easy.

Installed this on a 2015 WRX Limited with Harmon Kardon sound system and it was a dream. This is the exact replacement I had been looking for as every other Android head unit seems to have an issue with the Harmon Kardon systems, but that is not the case here. Straight plug and play, no manual wire connecting or anything. Installed this in less than an hour. Was impressed that the steering wheel controls work was well with the app that lets you program them (I set the speak symbol to use the google assistant). Anyone that hasn't done this yet to there WRX needs to get on it...honestly the car should have come this way (probably better that the 2019 WRX system).

Vehicle2017 Forester 2.5i no nav no Harmon KardonI can't believe I waited this long to upgrade. Install was super easy, everything I needed was included. I had a little trouble getting the back up camera to work but I emailed them and they got right back to me. they wanted me to take a photo of my install and I wasn't in a rush to pull my dash apart again but planned to tackle it in the morning. While I slept THEY actually emailed ME a photo of the connection required and that's all it took. Programing the SWC (steering wheel controls) is easy but you do need to go into the settings and be sure to save.Not sure what wattage this thing is putting out but it seems to be at least 25% Louder than factory head unit and less distortion at the top.Install was quick but you do have to remove your vents and ac/heat console which was super easy.Fitment in my Foz was trickier the 1st time as I was afraid I would push too hard somewhere and break something. The second time took care to make sure I routed all the cables and then put the bottom in first then I had to sort of bend the top piece down into its slots. This is where I was afraid to break it but I gave'r the ole install shoulder shove and its snug AF now!If you're on the fence like I was, I highly recommend you indulge yourself!

Should habeen the factory installed radio.Sounds great, has great built in apps for radio, music, GPS etc.Main screen launcher is fantastic.Steering wheel controls worked with radio like magic. All cables needed came with radio. Just unplus old radio, plug in cables to car, plug in new radio. It was that easy.Hardest part was removing left screw in old radio. Tip: tilt steering wheel up and you Have access to left bolt without removing any dash plastics.Overall it was a good purchase to get all the cables pre-made.

I really enjoy this radio. I must say to their customer service is so unreal they talked me through everything I didn't understand. Best experience I've had hands down.

Install was easy pushing the clips in was a little annoying seems like a tight fit on a 2018z the person who mentioned that this doesn’t come with the correct harness for the backup camera is correct 2018 and up the camera changed and you will have to have someone hardwire it.

The Android unit works as promised. I'm going to keep this unit for awhile because it has a lot of features that I want to try out before spending the money to upgrade again.I believe this stereo was made specifically to fit the WRX. The STI has a 7" screen and the backup camera's 5 pin connector does not fit the supplied harness. If you do not want to cut your cars wiring harness you will need to purchase an additional harness AX-SUB5RVC-6V. Also the dash kit doesn't fit very well.

I initially had an issue with this product, got in touch with customer service and had to connect two wires for the Harmon kardon amplifier. Once the wires were connected the unit worked flawlessly. I will say you might have to do some hard adjusting to the unit when installing into dash area it will fit just needs a little manual persuasion. All in all would recommend. Setting wheel controls do work you just have to set their function.
