TIC BG50 8" Outdoor Wireless Omnidirectional In-Ground Bluetooth Subwoofer (with 2 Satellites (Not Included) Out for 2.1 Sound System)

Not sure yet. The box of the BG50 says 50w internal amp. It is clearly listed on the website as 100w.I contacted TIC and they say it is an error with manufacturer. Should be 2x50w...

I purchased one last year in June. It lasted for about 9 months. When it didn't turn I checked the power supply and it was sending power to the subwoofer, but the subwoofer wasn't turning on. I actually purchased another one of the same subwoofer to replace it because it worked well and had good sound. After ordering the new one I found out they have a 1 year limited warranty. I submitted a warranty request more than 3 weeks ago and they never got back to me. I finally gave up on getting it repaired under warranty and threw the old one away.The sound of the speaker is pretty good. It is awesome that it doesn't need an external amp or BT receiver. I have it hooked up to some of TIC's GS5 speakers. They recommended burying the subwoofer for better sound. I did, but the bottom of the housing leaked and it filled with water, frying the electronics. I would recommend either not burying it, fixing the seal before hand, or replacing it once it fills with water. But good luck receiving any response from their customer support.***UPDATE***Bought a second one to replace the one that died in a year. This one lasted 2.5 years. No idea why it failed this time.

The speaker looks nice, but the main reason that I got the speaker was the Bluetooth.The issue that I have is that the Bluetooth receiver is not working very well. I tried with different phones Android, iPhone, and iPad and I get the same result. As soon as I move 5 ft away from the speaker the music stops.I would not recommend this speaker if you are planning to use a bluetooth connection.Tech support advised that its an issue with my phone but I don't' seem to have this issue with other devices.Phones tried Samsung Note 9, iPhone X, Ipad.

I was very excited to receive and try theBluetooth subwoofer with the built in amplifier. Unfortunately product was DOA. Very disappointed and now a hesitant to buy another. This company does make good speakers from what I read, but the Chinese made bluetooth amplifier suffered from unfortunate lack of quality control.

Stopped working. No power
