ALMAS has made this traditional Persian side-dish to the perfection. I am emberresed about what I did when I received it for the FIRST time as I was longging to "taste" it ... and I ended up with eating the entire jar. Since then I would put 1-2 spoo of it in my plate and enjoy it along my food.
