Lion Premium Grills L1707 Propane Gas Double Side Burner, 26-3/4 by 20-1/2-Inch

I do a Lot of entertaining at my house and this product has been a great addition to my BBQ pit area. No more running back inside to cook sides for dinner!! Awesome product!!

Awesome looking burner! Didn't start off well though...the first unit arrived with a big dent in the corner (probably from a drop during shipping). Call manufacturer about it and they sent a second unit immediately. Great customer service. Unfortunately, the 2nd unit came damaged as well (even more worse). Called again and another unit was sent immediately. The 3rd unit came in with a slight bent in the corners, but after three of these, I figured I can repair it myself and did. This isn't a knock on the manufacturer as it is more of a knock on the shipping folks. It is set in my outdoor kitchen and it looks great, burns strong, and I have had no troubles firing it up at all. The only con about it is that some of the metal has had some discoloration from the heat and fire. I'm sure a little bit of stainless steel cleaner and elbow grease would do the trick.

The product was great. However the services from Amazon and the supplier was abysmal. I had to call the parent company, Lion, itself to solve the problem, which they did. Took me more than a month to receive the product. 5 star for the product and the customer services in Lion HQ. 0 star for Amazon, the supplier and the transport company they used.

This is sold by a third party who is having logistics issues. The delivery company repeatedly made errors and did not keep appointment promises. Product is fine, but I would purchase from a different company.

We bough the lion grill along with the double burners and it makes sense for the writing on the knobs to be upside down on the grill because of the angle you are looking down at the writing from the top but the writing on the burners are definitely upside down. I thought it was a factory defect until I read other reviews saying the same thing. I think it is because they use the burner and grill knobs interchangeably. This is a small but very annoying thing that many of my guests have also noticed and pointed out. This is an easy fix that the manufacturer should make.

This stove would have been perfect For my new outdoor kitchen but unfortunately it almost blew up. We got really scared. Sending it back.

Too expensive for have too much of dent.

Quiero hacer claro sólo lo he usado dos veces cocina en mi casa de playa solo vamos los fines de semana, traté de quitarle las manchas y no salen es quemado el acero es pésimo además los botones de encendido están alrebes
