This brand is very comfortable, but this model is too wide. I have the t strap version of this sandal in the same size and it fits with no issue. I could not keep this size of this model on my feet and had to send them back. I'm disappointed because I love this brand and their comfort so much that I actually bought three pairs of this model.

Out of the box, they were waaaaay too big. Ordered my regular size women’s 9. Definitely not a women’s 9, more like a 10.5! I had a similar experience with Telic sandals. Left them in the back of my car in sunny California and after 3 days they had shrunk down to my actual size! Any type of heat will shrink them. Just wait... Even if you are lounging by the pool in the summer. They are however some of the comfiest sandals for Plantar Fasciitis at a bargain price.

They're true to size. I normally wear size 8 for other kinds of shoes, so I got these in 8 and they fit well. The slippers are comfy. The rubber is well rounded and soft on the skin. I like that they have support for the arc of my feet as I have quite big arcs. They're level but still a little high so I feel clean on wet ground.

True to size and super comfy really soft I would like feeling very comfortable to wear a problem so flip-flops and sandals but these really are fitting my feet nicely and don’t make the feet hurt

These slippers provide great arc support and they are very comfortable to wear. Size is a little bigger than true size.

I have an autoimmune disease that attacks my joints and ligaments and gives me chronic plantar fasciitis. I now wear these around the house every single day, and it helps my feel feel better. They're ugly, but seriously, they work.
