Poor quality cut, bitter, bland tea.
I'm very disappointed in the tea. A first flush darjeeling should be fragrant, fruity, and like liquid sunshine. This tastes old, bland and bitter. The leaves are not whole leaf, but rather large pieces of leaves and some twigs. I spent $22 on 3 ounces of tea, which is what you can buy a pound of first flush for in a sealed bag. I spent the extra on it because the tin was cute. However, even that disappoints. The tin is very thin and does not seal well. I have better tins, and I've had much better tea. Don't waste your money, as you cannot return this tea. Very expensive and disappointing waste of money.

Colored Water - worst tea ever
I was excited to receive and taste this tea. Terrible tea drinking experience. The tea had no aroma, was bland and unimpressive. Please check the ratings as most are for Matcha. The English Breakfast blend is NOT good. Very disappointing!! Overpriced Colored water - just GROSS!

Fragrance, color, taste-- all exceptional!
Amazing tea. The golden color of the Darjeeling First Flush Tea immediately told me 'It's special." Its classic Darjeeling fragrance seconded my opinion and finally its taste, after seeping for 4 minutes, clinched the verdict. Fantastic tea!! I am so glad I treated myself to this gift.

Tastes like chocolate
First, the package was smaller than anticipated, though I love the look of it. Have included a picture of it next to a gallon of milk for reference. Second, the tea tastes like chocolate, but in a weird way. I did a little research and found that Keemun generally has floral notes, or can have chocolate notes, but find this is a little more than a note. My understanding of the word "note" is that of a flavor that is detectable. However, this tea just smells and tastes chocolatey, but not much like tea. I guess it isn't "bad" tea, but really doesn't taste much like tea at all.

Exceptionally Smooth with Nice Spice
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Item arrived in a box slightly smaller than the tin the tea was in, so there was a little damage to the top of the tin.Very good ingredients. No cheap spices. The cinnamon and cardamom is the flavor of this tea and since this is a loose leaf, you can see the nice big chunks of cinnamon bark.Good quality Chai tea. The Cinnamon Chai is exceptional, coupled with a very good black tea. No bitterness at all. After I did the video, I added a little bit of sugar, which really brought out cardamom nicely. On my next brewing, I’ll likely steep a bit longer and add a bit more tea to the mix for iced chai and will likely go back to boiling in a stovetop kettle, so the loose tea will mingle throughout – and then strain before serving – but that is really why I like loose leaf – so I can adjust the amount of tea I use.Give this Cinnamon Chai a chance. But I’d warn you… if you are used to drinking those super sweet drinks from your local chain coffee shops, this isn’t the same thing. Chai Tea and Chai Latte is different.

Terrible Product, Terrible Price, Terrible Quality
I bought 2 cans of this stuff because of the reviews, but I realized that this stuff is actually really bad. SO bad that it has led me to believe that many of the reviews that praise the quality may be fake reviews, or altered for incentives. In any case, after brewing, the tea displays a dirty look as opposed to a nice malty look. When you taste the tea, it does not have the characteristic malt taste that Assam teas are supposed to have. The scent when you first open the tea is very mild almost non-existent. I do not recommend anyone to purchase this terrible product. TO make things worse, the price is terrible for the quality of the tea. This is an expensive price point to sell tea that literally tastes and looks like dirty water. For the price point, I expected something supreme like Vahadam's brand Assam tea. This is an absolute disgrace to name something as terrible as this product as Assam tea, much more disgraceful to sell it at this price. If I could return this I would, but it's non-returnable. I would also like to know who thought it was a great idea to sell such low-quality tea at such a high price? I think this is what gets me the most. I don't mind paying about $25 for less than 4 oz of tea, but it ought to be pristine, clean-cut, high-quality flavorful leaves. 0/5 stars

Subtle & Delicious
We often enjoy dining at a Persian restaurant & always conclude our meal with their delicious hot tea scented lightly with rose petal. Finally, thanks to Pyramid Sachets, we can now enjoy this special treat at home.

Great box, shame about the tea. At least it was expensive.
The first pot I brewed with the recommended ratio of tea to water was weaker than nun urine. The second pot I doubled the amount of tea and there was surprisingly little alteration in the potency. Maybe I'll just use this stuff as potpourri.
