10 mg of zinc is the recommended dosage and I searched for zinc pills that didn't contain more than 10 mg. I was surprised at how many brands offered 30 to 50 mg of zinc per pill so it was easy for me to choose NaturesPlus zinc tablets. They are small, coated and easy to swallow. With this virus going around I want my family to have very strong immune systems and zinc is very important to take along with liposomal vitamin C and vitamin D3. Take a lot of those vitamins daily and they will definitely help protect you from Covid-19. Chaga mushroom tea is also very powerful and we drink a lot of that. Just telling you this because I want everyone to remain healthy.

Haven't had this long enough to say if I'm reaping any benefits but I was asked to leave a review. Currently I'm having no issues with this and its convenient that it doesn't bother me to take on an empty stomach. I had a hard time finding such a low strength in zinc because everyone markets at 30 and higher but research has shown me that for adult women the safe recommended amount is only 11 mgs. Very happy I could find with this seller and without a bunch of filler ingredients.
