M-my hair... How???!!!!Minutes before using this product I had bleached and dyed my hair with a crapy product. I was crying because some of my hair was coming out and I just wanted to wash it again, and I used this...I started rubbing in my hair and I was like "no tangles, my hair is so soft!!" I was so shocked I had to stand up and watch my self lather my hair with the product and I was like " oooooh, yaaaas mama, this is everything!" I didn't even care about the bad dye job, I was thinking "oooh bitch, yaaaaasssss! This is every thing!!!"I have african American hair and this product was just magic! I'm in love!!! I want more!!!

My favorite conditioner! After recently transitioning to natural hair and exploring products that work for me, Redeem has been a Godesend. I use the shampoo and conditioner on every wash day. I leave the conditioner on underneath a plastic cap before rinsing. This product moisturizes my hair like no other. Makes my curls soft and they hold the moisture for several days. It is now a necessary part of my regime.

For years I was using shampoo that only damaged my curly hair, but I never noticed because I almost always kept it under 1/2 an inch or so. My hair is the second longest it's ever been and I've started to change up my routine. This product makes my hair feel so much softer and I love it! ^_^ I intend to keep buying this product for the foreseeable future.

This "Roots" product is exactly what I had been searching for the past 27 years(!) when my hair began turning gray and changing from medium to coarse in texture.😩 My "covered gray" is now so soft and manageable, even in hot humid weather, I can't believe it's my own hair!Most gratefully,Jerry M.

This stuff really does what it says it would do! I had really brittle and dry graying hair after surgery and lots of medications. This product from day one made my hair soft and put the curl back in my natural fro.

I have bought this conditioner from the beauty supply for years but they were out so I ordered on amazon. Never again. The consistency was not the same. This product usually is a thin consistency with lots of slip. What I ordered felt like a thick cream, like lotion. I had to keep re reading the bottle because I couldn’t believe it said conditioner. The product did not feel the same in my hair and did not make my scalp tingle. After doing my hair it looks stiff. Whereas usually it is full of body and shines after using. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or what but I will never purchase through this seller as a refund wasn’t an option.

Didnt have enough oil in the product to moisturize my daughters hair, so I add a little with it so I can get good use out of the product.
