These scissors are very sharp and perfect for kitchen tasks.

I love that this brand is so sharp and will stay sharp. Fair price for good quality product. these sheers function smoothly, but they are held together with a plastic screw that requires a screw driver or butter knife to unscrew. So the blades do not easily seperate for cleaning (like most) and that is very important for sanitation.

Seriously I great pair of scissors! Never thought I’ll leave a review for scissors but this is the real deal and wish everyone can have this in their kitchen! So good!

Cuts plastic sous vide bags and food really well.

We used these for the first time to simply cut open a package of meat. Set them in the sink and picked them up this morning to hand wash, lo and behold there was rust all around the center point. Disappointed in quality.
