Everything came well wrapped and packaged with no scratches or damage. Put this over a granite island with dimmable LED lights. Looks great. Had an electrician put it up as we needed modifications to our house wiring to put it where we wanted. Almost took off one star as it is a little tricky to get the glass domes to sit perfectly straight. However with a bit of effort it can be done. Less expensive than many others we looked at in lighting shops, but equal or better quality.

The light fixture showed up on time - nothing broke and true to the description and picture. However - after putting up literally dozens of light fixtures, this one was the one that proved to be the most tricky. The screws are not long enough - therefore making a couple of trips to Lowes. It would help if the instruction page showed the size of the small parts. The fixture still isn't up yet - I have no doubt it will be soon - but I would have made another choice had I known about these issues. Also, many newer light fixtures have interlocking chains - not the pull apart hope to get back together evenly chains like this one!

I love this light fixture. I put it in my kitchen over my island. Great price and it looks more expensive than the price. It does get bright if you use 40 to 60 lights but I added a dimmer stitch which was perfect. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Adjustable for slanted ceilings. Looks very rich. Nice a sturdy. Does not come with light bulbs.

Love these lights! They’re beautiful and exactly what I was looking for with the rustic, but elegant look! This was my first time installing light fixtures so I struggled a bit as the instructions didn’t seem perfectly clear, but once I got the first one installed, the second one went in quickly. The quality is good; very sturdy. I added Edison bulbs to complete the look. I definitely recommend these lights.

The package arrived in perfect condition.Easy to adjust length, looks amazing, is sturdy.To ensure the base plate is sitting flush against the ceiling requires some adjustments to how far the mounting screw sticks out. However once that is properly adjusted the installation is secure and stable.Fits perfectly over our dining room table (seats 8) and fills the room with light.Matches our table and hutch perfectly.Very happy with our purchase.

My fixture arrived with 2 cracked globes, but I immediately emailed the company's customer support with the requested info and pictures and received a timely answer that they would be replaced. The replacement globes arrived well-padded and unscathed! The fixture was easy to install, and I love how it looks with my other fixtures.
