This is a great alternative to the Farlife Nutrition Plan shakes that aren’t in production currently. These do not have a heavy protein aftertaste. I like these better than the 42 protein gram shakes, those are thicker and grainy. I have these on subscription

My daily breakfast as a mom on the go who doesn’t like breakfast. A great source of protein and the flavor is good. It isn’t chalky and is even a great coffee creamer.

I love these protein shakes. They taste great. The portion size is good. And I like that they are lactose free. I only wish they were more affordable.

Tastes like a shake and is shelf stable. I have a 6 hour space between breakfast and lunch so I have one halfway through and don’t get the brain fog associated with hunger. Can drink it on the go . I’m in healthcare and it is a must for making it through the day!
