One of my new faves
If you are a woman, then you know that sometimes we GO THROUGH IT! We go through so many hormonal changes (puberty, pregnancy, getting older, menopause) during our life, and occasionally our bodies will TURN ON US! Like any teenager, I had to fight the battle of the breakouts, but through the magic of a dermatologist, I was able to get my skin under control. I have been blessed to have clear skin for most of my life until I turned 40. Then giiiiiiiiiiiirl, the exhaustion, the hot flashes, and my skin started producing more oil than ExxonMobil! Not only that, but I started breaking out all over my body. Skip to several months later in the present-day COVID times, and my mom is hoarding things off of Amazon like a doomsday prepper and sending us care packages every week (we can leave the house mom!) Bless her. One of those packages happened to contain this Amazon brand acne-fighting body wash, and it is AMAZ!. So even though this is my first purchase, I'm on my like 3rd bottle. Not saying anything negative about the "name brand" body washes, but trying to find the Neutragena version around my area, for some reason, is like trying to spot a unicorn--cut to me walking down the skincare aisle at Target and then seeing the "Neutragena Body Wash" sticker just below an empty row of nothing. Every. Freaking. Time. For me, this product was a godsend. I'm all cleared up and can show off my back and arms again without feeling self-conscious. It is a bit drying, but as a rule, we should be using lotions or body oils anyway to keep our skin nice and hydrated. I don't think this body wash was meant to be used with a washcloth, so stop doing that and then complaining about it. j/k But for real, it lathers up quite nicely for me on my loofa puff, and a little goes a long way. I also don't particularly care for the smell of grapefruit, but I also think people who are complaining about that are being extra. The first time I opened the bottle, I got a solid blast of grapefruit scent...for like .5 seconds. Then the scent was so faint I could barely smell it. By the second day, there was little to no scent at all. All in all, I have to say I'm lovin' this body wash and will probably keep buying it as long as possible.

Pink is for Guys
Great for Pilaris, Body Acne, and Guys I abuse my skin by living in a region with extreme weather, working long days at a desk, and going home to shower after working out. None the less, the acid in this inexpensive body wash has transformed my rough skin completely smooth, and it reduces body acne caused by bacteria and blocked pores. I have used this product intermittently, three times a week, and as a spot treatment after using cheaper soap with the same results. It is the easiest way to keep your skin looking great. Even though it is pink, this body wash is strong enough to wash the abuse and filth of guys who are active and low maintenance. Use lotion after, and or avoid areas that will be irritated by the acid. I have skin that is not sensitive nor dry- my skin is healthy to oily. If you have dry skin, be aware that it will make your skin more sensitive, so sunscreen and lotion would be a must. You could also avoid using it everywhere, and focus on specific problem areas—the best method for college students. Also, the smell is not extremely strong and does not last long after you shower. The body wash does not conflict with my cologne. In all, use this product because it makes your skin feel and look amazing without a lot of effort. This product works the same as the name brand product. I can not tell the difference.

A Decent Substitute For Neutrogena, However....
The Neutrogena Body Wash has been my go-to for years, but lately, the price has gone up significantly. In looking for a reasonably priced substitute, I decided to give the Solimo wash a try. It does a good job, but to be honest, it does seem a bit more watered down than the Neutrogena; I find myself going through a bottle of the Solimo much quicker, even though I use pretty much the same amount every day, I shower the same number of times every week, and no one else in my house uses it but me. Having said that, I do like it, and it does save me money, so I'll keep using it for now.

Great body wash for keratosis pilaris
I bought this because Cerave Rough and Bumby has been out of stock and I needed an affordable option so i could keep dealing with my keratosis pilaris. Pros: Has 2% salicylic acid and seems to be doing a great job of exfoliating and keeping my kp at bay As much as I prefer scentless body wash this actually has a really pleasant smell and isn't to sweet. And thjrd you can't beat the price in comparison to washes that are marketed for keratosis pilaris treatment. It's under $5 so I highly reccomend giving it a try Now the conns: It has those little bead things that some washes/baghand body works type santizers have which for me have always been annoying. And two as much as i don't really mind the scent i wish it didnt have one so it was better for more sensitive skin types. Overall if you are looking for a regular body wash this one is more than adequate and i have found it it to be a pretty good affordable alternative with salicylic acid for my keratosis pilaris :)

Didn't help with Keratosis Pilaris, but was still fine
I decided to try this because of the price point and seeing others say that it helped with their keratosis pilaris. It didn't really help with mine, it looks / still feels the same. That being said the wash itself is fine, the little exfoliating beads feel nice and the grapefruit smell isn't amazing but it isn't bad either. My skin still felt smooth and smelled nice after using. It's my first time trying an Amazon / Solimo brand body wash before, and despite it not helping my keratosis pilaris it still seems like a good product so I think I'll switch over to one of their more standard ones for a default thanks to the price point. If you have keratosis pilaris, maybe still give it a try since other reviewers said it worked for them and you're not risking much with the price point, but otherwise three stars since it wound up being a basic body soap and not much else.
