Brilliant product the delivers so much. It is bigger than I thought it was but great. The lowest volume setting is quite loud which is annoying but thats my inly issue.

We bought ours from Amazon in 2019 and have virtually never used it, due to the lowest volume setting being too loud.We wanted good quality sound - check - but it’s too loud for background radio on setting 1 , and if you go lower it mutes.Hence for many many occasions the thing is unusable.I suppose a summer garden radio maybe.So that makes it a big waste of money for us before you even get down to the detail of unintuitive wafer thin credit card style awkward remote and settingsThe buttons need to be worked, it’s not apparent when they are , the display means you need to be close enough to read because the mode scroll through is delayed and unclear and operated clumsily.Nothing about it is slick.Even the wireless phone charge on top is maybe maybe not.I think if you pay £20-25 you couldn’t argue but at 3 digits they’re having a laugh.All in allA massive disappointment

Lovely little unit. Looks great in any room. The complaints about the volume control are justified but a little exaggerated.While it does go from mute to fairly loud, i find the volume to be perfect. My partner is a freak when it comes to loud music and it passes her test too.Very easy to configure although the buttons are very plasticy , I can see them failing fairly easily in a few months. But thankfully the little remote works a treat too.The display is very minimalist but I don't watch my music so that doesn't bother me at all.Simple to configure for Bluetooth and FM but as I'm based in Ireland I couldn't use the DAB stations but again that doesn't bother me.I'm delighted with it and you will be too.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great little system for the price. Was a bit dubious about purchasing after reading reviews regarding the volume control, decided to go ahead anyway and glad I did. I got no issues with the volume as you can see in uploaded video, I can only assume that there was a faulty batch or they have rectified the problem as my volume control works fine.

If you are looking for a radio to provide soft background music, this is not for you! The volume switch goes from silent to noisy in one go. Great pity as the radio looks very smart and would have fitted in well. But after sending the first one back and re-ordering in the hope of an improvement, I can see that this is a basic fault - sadly.

I was amazed by the quality of the sound. It’s does exactly what it says on the box. Very happy with the purchase.

Overall the unit looks smart and sounds good but it is let down by the volume control. The minimum setting is far to loud for people to still be able to talk and have background music, it would be too intrusive. Didn’t keep it long enough to be able to really comment on all it’s features.
