I had a specifically amazing experience with the seller. As it turns out, I got a hole in one of the balloons I ordered and of course, my daughter’s birthday was in two days. I sent the seller a message assuming if they wouldn’t even receive it for a couple of days and they got back to me immediately and overnighted me the balloon I need it. I would absolutely order from the seller all day long. Thank you so much! By the way, the quality of the ballon was awesome and super easy to use.

Disappointing for a few of the letters to have issues with deflating. Of course, didn’t set these up until the day of the party so it was too late to find replacements. I ordered another set of these balloons for a friend’s upcoming bachelorette trip and now I’m going to have to find a backup plan.

Worked perfectly for the gender reveal

I received the product and 1 of the O kept deflating. I tried fixing it and even when I cant hear the hissing noise, the balloon kept deflating. I contacted the seller and they troubleshoot and then sent me a replacement. They actually sent a replacement for all the letters which I thought was amazing.All the reviews that said "these balloons don't float with helium"... the instructions that came with the balloons specifically said it and even on their descriptions. So it's not seller's fault. I would order again. Thanks for the great customer service.

I am indifferent about these balloons. First of all the straws (white) that come in with the balloon packs are too thick and when you try to push them threw the seal they go through the entire balloon causing them to pop the balloon. Yes you read correctly you have to puncture through the seal in order to inflate the balloon. The black straws that look to be extra worked the best to go through the seal. Other than that they were super cute but I will not buy balloons I have to break the seal first because I did have to end up using a ton of take to save the balloons...

I was throwing a party for my friend's birthday, and it was legally blonde themed! I was so excited to get these balloon letters, personalized for my party with the words BEND and SNAP to create a photo banner we could pose in front of. The letters were amazing! They were easy to blow up and hang. One of the letters however, (one of the Ns) had a whole in it that even after covered up with tape, kept deflating, but otherwise it was amazing and the hit of the party. I would recommend! 5/5. all the stars!

These were perfect! So easy to inflate and arrived with no holes!! (Which seems to be common with other retailers). I got so many compliments on the personalization.
