"I’ve only tried these for a few days, but can definitely notice a difference in appetite reduction. No horrid aftertaste or taste repetition like I’ve had with other brands. I can honestly say I’m not snacking as much, if at all, which seemed to be my weakness. Also, eating less in general. Would recommend giving these a try."

Way too big awful aftertaste don't buy these,
Don't waste money on these capsules, they really don't work, they quite big so they are hard to swallow, they have awful aftertaste, definitely doesn't help me feel full, just good food plenty of fluids and up the exercise and most of all willpower, sugar free chewing for times of hunger and end up with whiter teeth!! save your money don't buy these, they are rubbish,you can't buy willpower but you can control it without spending any money on rubbish like these

Small family business delivered quickly. The appetite suppressant did stop my craving for eating by flushing my systems regularly lost 1/2 inch from the waist in a week

I purchased this item because I cannot control my eating habits those days. It helped me a lot. You still need to have a good control on yourself however these capsules made me not craving for food for 4-5 hours. Wish me luck and good luck everyone!
