wow, the cheap crap you can buy on Amazon. But still, it is cheap, and I only need it for a handful of wearings. But still... trim is fraying after 6 uses, and once it's on my head, it's there for a couple hours, not like it is getting beat up at all. It should last until I'm done, and even if it doesn't, it was only $5. Can't expect too much for $5.But it looks fine on stage, not impressive up close. Elastic keeps it in place and the feather is quite secure.

The hat was good. It lasted quite a long time.Pros:The hat looked cute.. Worked perfectly for my daughter's Romeo and Juliet play.Cons:The quality was not great. The hat was rather flimsy and the feather broke off weeks following my daughter's performance.

A little thin and the feather doesnt like to stand up. Otherwise super cute and exactly like picture.

I don't think you can expect much for the price, but the material was really thin, almost see thru. but it worked for the skit that we bought it for

Basic inexpensive costume hat. My high school son needed to look Shakespearean for a class presentation. It looked small when we took it out of the package, but actually fit just fine and looked great with ruffled collar, cuffs and fake beard.

Daughter wore this for a ballet in which she played a boy for a bit. It's cheap and cheezy, no doubt about it. But it worked, stayed on and covered her bun for her role :)

It's not "quality" material but it will do the job

Cheap quality, but it fits OK and does the job. I don't know if it would stand the test of time for a full weekend at a ren faire, but for a few hours for a work costume contest, it was perfect.

Nice hat for the price

Decent quality for the price. I wore this as part of a show and, admittedly, probably wore it a lot more than anyone elver would in a Halloween costume.But the feather did fall off during only my second wearing, so I'd say the build quality could use a little work.That being said, it is quite cheap and looks good enough!

It will work for what I need.

Perfect fit for a child! My 10 year old son wore this for a costume for a school project, looked and fit great! I wouldn't say it's a good fit for an adult....

I bought this for one of my students, playing the role of the town herald in our Medieval themed night. It was perfect!

THIS HAT IS A TOY IT IS SO SMALL AND THE FABRIC IS SO CHEAP...DON'T THINK IT IS A FULL SIZE ADULT MADE OF GOOD VELVET.IT IS VERY CHINTZY IN QUALIYT. I WOULD NOT BUY IT AGAIN. UNLESS YOU WANT SOMETHING VERY CHEAP.
