If I hadn’t found these I might have had to get rid of the husband 🤷‍♀️. Definitely marriage savers. The pressure from foam ear plugs hurt my ear canals but the silicone ones work great. My only recommendation would be to make sure there’s no little “lose bits.” Make sure the putty is a uniform and smooth ball before inserting it into your ear. I did not do this previously and a little tiny piece fell down into my ear canal and I ended up in the ER- however, they work so good for blocking my husband snoring that a good sleep overrides a trip to the ER and little PTSD🤷‍♀️.

by far better than the normal ear plugs that are everywhere.although if you have any sort of skin irritation, or you have ADHD or any other condition that makes you aware of stuff that are touching your skin, it might not be as easy as everyone else feel it.I used it for avoiding snoring sounds of partner. to be fair, it work, it gives me the best quiet time at night but when my skin irritation is at highest, I cant sleep with it.Over all, it worksI recommend it to everyone but myself

If you have a small ear, you may find that each ball can be spit in two to get the right size fit. Hints: Keep them in the case to prevent them from drying out. To get the best adhesion in the ear, lightly tissue any oil from the ear. Always carry a pair when traveling.
