miR® - 30LBS PRO Slim (Long Style) Unisex Adjustable Weighted Vest

I'm very happy with this vest - it fits well and the pockets are fitted to take the MiR weights exactly, so there is virtually no shifting or movement of the weight once it has been placed in the pockets. Sturdy adjustable straps help hold the vest fairly comfortably to the body to keep down any shifting of the vest as a whole during exercise. I happened to have bought another smaller MiR weight vest (without weights) along with this vest with the intent to use the weights with both vests, which is working out very well so far. The fit is flexible so you can adjust it to suit and it can easily be put to use by more than one person in your household. It's a simple product, but has already proven to have added a significant benefit to my workouts. I recommend this product.

This is my second weighted vest. I bought this MIR because I wanted a heavier and better constructed vest from my previous one from a different manufacturer. This vest fully met my expectations. Although it came with 30 lbs, it can be upgraded to 45 by buying some additional weights. It is very comfortable and I like how the weight is distributed. It is solidly constructed and I expect it will last a long time. The vest also arrived in 3-days. Although this vest is advertised with men, I am a female and it is very comfortable for me. I bought this vest instead of the woman's MIR vest because I liked the design of this one better.

Fits great and is very well made!! I am 6' 2" (210lbs); there is very little movement while running and no movement wile doing push-ups or pull-ups. Vest weights are easily added/removed to improve workout quality.

I've tried a few weighted vest and the Mir Weighted Vest is the best by far. It's very stabile and secure during workouts.

This vest is fantastic. It fits well and stays securely in place when moving around. Thirty pounds well distributed over the upper body adds a lot to a workout!
