It definitely helps and it is a good value
Let me first respond to the questions they attached to this (it amazes me how silly the questions can be at times). I find this easy to swallow, but that's not saying much. It is a quite large capsule, and people vary in how well they swallow things--somehow that is especially true with meds. It means little for me to say I can swallow it easily, though, because I am one of the oddballs who can swallow a fistful of pills and caps all at the same time. It's common for me to take 12 caps and tabs together in a single gulp. If a large capsule is easy for you, this will be cake. If you're one of the people who have a hard time swallowing a tiny tablet, guess what. This capsule's going nowhere for you! I don't know whether or not it is safe to open the capsule and just consume the contents.Then they ask for a rating on the flavor, of all things. Well, it is absolutely flavorless. That is good, so I gave it five stars, but I think it would be better if it tasted like strawberries. Just kidding.The one significant point is that it is an excellent value for the money.In terms of its effectiveness, I have severe enough constipation that I have to use several different agents in higher than usual doses and/or frequencies, but they work and this is part of it. In terms of its effectiveness, I don't know what more to say than that. I couldn't tell you just what part of the benefit is from taking this, but I do know this is an essential part of the cocktail for me.

These really have no flavor and I’d prefer to not have to take them at all, but Amazon is the only place I can find Extra Strength and the value cannot be beat with this vendor.

I have a colostomy & had several blockages in early 2019. Been working fine since starting these. Happy camper ...

Absolutely by far the best I’ve ever used. On a ketogenic diet do not always get fiber intake. These are amazing.

Very Helpful.
I've had several complicated stomach surgeries in the past and need something to make sure I don't have issues with BM. The 100 mg just weren't enough but these are great. I've been using them for several months with perfect results. Make sure you drink lots of WATER with these or any similar products.

These are HUGE - Much like a Fish oil GelCap
These were much larger than I anticipated & I will go back to the much smaller 100 mg size gelcap. I have had two anterior cervical disk surgeries which have left me with poor swallowing of large items; & several times I’ve had difficulty getting these to go down properly. Nearly choking on something is a very scary thing, not to mention messy when cleaning up the the pill along w/ the beverage that wasn’t able to wash it down.Price wise these are more economical, and if you have excellent swallowing the savings may be worth it
