Package was on time with no issues. Batteries worked as soon as I plugged them in. Firmware updates without issue.

Buy this battery if you have any Mavic 2. It holds a charge longer when not in use and stands up to the cold much better. Well worth the extra couple bucks. Wish all of mine were enterprise.

I have always valued genuine DJI batteries. This did not disappoint..I have had 0 issues with it.

I used this battery twice and now will not charge. I sent it back to ski and they are saying it is not a US battery so they will not warranty it. I have never heard of such. I thought I was buying an Oem battery with warranty. Very very unsatisfied customer

I haven't used it in cold weather so I can't comment about the self-heating feature.

I received the self-heating battery in a sealed box. Works wonderfully. Great quality.

The old one cracked around the power button

Just so others know IT IS A HEATED BATTERY ! never did get a answer from them. I took a chance. Arrived NEW and works. Did the Freezer test and was able to make the heat come on. So far the lowest price I could find on the heated battery . and fast shipping. They do need to add the HEATED part in the description as well.
