Bought this to help us make videos at our national park. It is a perfect starter kit and has mad eour job much easier.

No customer support, Product partially functional
The iPad Pro does not work with the microphone or earphones.There is absolutely NO SUPPORT for this product. I've called them no less than a dozen times and they NEVER once answered the phone. Nor do they return phone calls. The only response I got from them was on Facebook Messenger, and even then it wasn't useful. Avoid this company at all costs.
