TarteDouble Duty Beauty Base Tape Hydrating Primer ~ Travel Size Duo ~ 0.236 fl oz each/total 0.472 fl oz

Used on 58 year old skin in a warm, humid climate..... Product was more watery than I thought it would be. It doesn't have the silicone smoothness to it that I generally like in a primer. The coconut ingredient could clog pores/cause a breakout. Definitely has a coconut scent. It absorbed quickly, but coconut scent started to smell a bit "chemical-ish." It tended to amplify more textured (dryness and other skin imperfections) areas, not hydrate them. After approx. 5 hours of wear I couldn't see a difference from the side without the base tape primer. So bottom line, I was better off without the product and beginning to think that primer isn't useful in my cosmetic stockpile. Believer in repurposing anything that doesn't work as intended and now use the base tape on the back of my hands. Gives them a little sheen.

I have really oily skin so it’s been hard to find a primer. Most of them have a silicone type feel or they are too matte.This one is perfect. Lightweight, doesn’t sit on top of skin but actually makes a difference.Best primer I’ve found in years!You barely need any. I have been buying the 0.33 oz and it last forever.It’s not heavily moisturizing but it’s not drying either. Doesn’t leave any film you can feel.Really nice product.

I love this product. I don’t always put it under my make up. Sometimes I put my makeup on and then iPad it on my forehead and a little on my cheeks. It makes my skin look radiant and hydrated.

I’ve tried a few different primers and this one seems to keep my make up on all day the best. I’ve even worked out after work before and my make up will still look perfect some how from the morning lol amazing product people!
