I've only had it for a week but so far this is a great watch for the money. It looks much more expensive than it cost.One problem is that the picture on Amazon shows the hands are white when in fact they are clear except for the tip on the actual watch. So they are less prominent. There is also a bubble in the glass over the date window to magnify it. This is shown in the picture but I didn't notice it. It also has "Date" printed on a black strip next to the bubble. I don't like that feature and I think it would have been easier to read the date without the bubble, but that's the way it is. In all other respects this is a very sharp looking watch and the price can't be beat.The band was very large and I had to remove four links to make it fit my wrist. There are YouTube videos that show how to do this. It turned out to be harder than it looked in the videos. I did get it done, however, and now it fits fine.It seems to keep excellent time and I'm generally very pleased with this purchase. It has the feel and look of a watch that cost much more than the $16 I paid for it. This would be a 5-star review if the watch was exactly as pictured. I've attached a picture of mine.[Edit 8/16/2017] I've had to downgrade my review for this watch to 3 stars because the band has detached from the watch twice in the four months that I've owned it. The first time it came off I didn't even know why it happened. I took it to the watch counter at my local Walmart and they graciously reattached it for free. This time I knocked the watch while loading some laundry and it detached again. I've NEVER had a watch that did this before.

A really nice watch. Feels and looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. It's accurate, which is to be expected from a quartz watch, reasonably easy to take out links for sizing. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the spring loaded pin that attaches the clasp to the bracelet popped out on me once. Hasn't happened a second time though. Keep an eye out for that. Finally, the picture doesn't show it, but the band has two separate finishes. The smaller outside part of the link is mirror finished, while the inner parts of the link are a brushed finish. Looks really nice.

I've had the watch a week now so this is my initial impression.I'm impressed! The watch looks very nice and as shown in the pictures. Like all link band watches, they need to be adjusted. This watch band can be changed by removing a link(s) or at the clasp(see Youtube videos). The clasp on the band has a nice push button release which I thought was unusual for a watch at this price.I like the size of the watch. It's neither too big or small. The white hour and minute hand contrast with the black dial and make it easy to read at a quick glance. I don't know how water resistant it is, but I wouldn't shower or swim with it on.On the negative side, it does not come in a pretty presentation box, the size of the 24 hour numbers are small and,like so many watches at this price point, the date can be hard to read. Doesn"t make any difference to me, but may others.Overall, an excellent watch for the money. 5 star value!!!

So I normally wear digital rubber/plastic banded sport watches. Iv seriously got tired of them so I'm trying nicer looking analog watches.That said, this watch shines. The face looks great. The band is shiny.it looks nice, not expensive, but nice. It fit perfectly without adjustment(iv got a 9inch wrist). Now if I had a smaller wrist, I'd have to figure out the adjustment, which adjustment link tool was NOT GIVEN(but fits great for me).The watch says 30m water resistant, so I hope I'm good. Iv washed dishes and it doesn't have water in it or anything, yet.The biggest problem with this nice cheaper watch is the lack of ability to see the dial at night or anything dark. The hands do have illumination/indigo but it's the worst glow iv seen on a watch. It last a min or two if I'm lucky, if it glows at all. Most of the time it doesn't glow any bit even from coming outside in sun into dark room. It's NOT POSSIBLE to read the time in any dark.That's my opinion on its biggest fault. If it was able to be seen in dark, I'd leave it on all day and night. But I'll be using this while at work. When a nice watch is needed for better look. Hope I dont break it....

I've had this watch for exactly 1 week and love it, which is a nice surprise considering the cost. If you're like me $15.99 is a toss up; you never know what you're going to get so I figured it's only $15.99 why not? The worst outcome is I'll be out $15.00 or I'll have purchased an amazing watch with an inexpensive price tag. I also loved the the look of it; when shopping I kept going back to the page to see if my reaction remained the same; obviously it did since I'm writing this review. To start the face of this watch is big and sits on top my wrist at almost 2 inches; that's measuring from the 9 o'clock hour over to the watch dial. You would think it would be really heavy, but it's not AND no that does not mean it's cheap. In fact, the mix of brushed and polished silver with the black makes it look pretty classy. As for the band, you will most likely need to adjust it or have it adjusted and when at the right length the double clasp will hold it snug to your wrist without a lot of pinching. To sum it up...this watch looks great on and you can wear with jeans, business casual and suite tie. People who have noticed it said "Wow that's a really nice watch where did you get it?" I say "From a potentially great seller on Amazon.
