20 Makey Makey Projects for the Evil Genius Kindle Edition

This is a great book at a great price for a great little device - the Makey Makey. Many of the projects are on the advanced end, but don't be alarmed by that. The authors have done a great job documenting the projects and providing great instructions both for the physical builds and for the bits of coding that are sometimes required (usually in Scratch - a free, easy, visual programming language). The book also includes several projects using the Makey Go, the Makey Makey's smaller cousin.

This is a perfect gift for the out-of-the-box thinker in your house. I gave this to my 10 year old on his birthday and he loves picking out projects and going online to code. There's a lot of additional materials you'll need to complete each project, so my advice would be to plan ahead (unless you have a great network of stores nearby) but once you have everything in place, the projects are creative and exciting.

It's great... a little hard for the group I am currently working with... but we are setting goals 😁

Must have for the Makey Makey. My students and children loved the format. I thought it was exciting that they often use it as a springboard.

This book is easy to follow and provides some really creative and fun projects.I can't wait to use them and to see what other projects are inspired through those offered.

Not that great

I have been not so patiently waiting for this book to be published, and I am so excited to dig in. Whether you are a novice or an experienced Makey Makey user, these projects will inspire you and your students/children. Thank you Colleen and Aaron!

My 11 year old grandson found it very interesting. Projects keep him entertained and intellectually stimulating.
