The media could not be loaded. The first time I bought the clock it was working for a while then I realised that the hands of the clock started overlapping each other every single time due to which it stopped and was unable to move. (see the attachment).Later I asked for a replacement and after following up with the customer care I got a clock which is now working perfectly fine. Btw, the clock is so legible and the simple looks makes it a wonderful clock. Now the beauty of my room is the clock.

Decent clock. Initially I had trouble with the clock slipping away few seconds between 15th second and 27th second. Later the clock started stopping abruptly. Support team recommended to change the battery to alkaline which didn't work.I was sent a replacement clock as recommendations by support team didn't work. I am quite happy with the service and the commitment.I strongly recommend this product.

I bought this clock for its good looks but it's utter waste as the basic task of showing the right time itself is not happening. The clock lags behind by an hour after running for 2 days. I contacted Amazon and they said no warranty on this product. Regret my buying decision.

The clock is a statement piece. I was super excited with the clock. It looks beautiful on my wall. True to its word that the clock is silent. But and but, what I have noticed, that after a few days, the clock is becoming slow. At first I thought it was the issue if the battery. So I changed that from the one that was given with the clock with a Duracel battery, But still the issue persisted. Since this is under warranty, I hope that the company would replace the product. Keeping my fingers crossed as I have high hopes from this company.
