Roof & Gutter Repair 1 litre Black, Grey or White (Grey)

This stuff is incredible. I couldn't wait to use it for a leaky roof.I used this for a leak caused by the flashing tape , which joins my lean-to conservatory to my house where the tape had started to come away. A big job if I replaced the flashing, and unlike the idiot who put it there I tend to think long-term. So this seemed the better solution. I got up on the roof with it and a soft headed broom, (yes, I'm a fifty woman and yes I did it all on my own!) and firstly applied it to the house wall after wiping it down and letting dry. I then gently smoothed the end of the broom's head to get the flashing to stick again, and followed by a few more light applications over the edge of the flashing tape to ensure complete adhesion. i was so relieved that the leak stopped because I have others where the previous idiot used patchwork pieces for the rest of the roof, and the joins leak, so that will be my next job.Worth every penny and more, just read the instructions and don't try spreading it too far. Better to use more and do the job properly. Amazing!

Summer 2023 has been wet, need some some doing but due to weather not been possible. Decided to give this a try to patch up around my boiler vent build coming through our flat room. I used Scrim tape to provide a scaffold due to the deterioration in existing roof. Post scrim tape layered on the paint using a brush.I have a pretty deep cover, so far no water is coming through - after 48 hours still the paint is soft (but waterproof) - will take a few days to cure I think. I intend to add another topcoat later after is has cured fully.Has exceeded my expectations.

My brother has used this product to repair leaking gutters on his roof and it seems to be working. He had no difficulty in using this paint and he was able to wash out his brush with white spirit, afterwards.

Used it before for sealing leaks and it really works

We had a quite serious rain water leak into the room below a lead balcony. I painted a few brushstrokes of Grey Roofix onto some patches of the lead where some dents or cracking were evident. A few hours later it started pouring with rain. No leaks at all..!Very happy. It is expensive but gives us time to find a roofer ! Recommended
