This product does not work as shipped. You need additional pump to operate and needs . It also comes with no documentation and detail about material, ingredients (check for allergy as it is will be used by guests at home), etc... Really disappointed by customer service as well as they didn't think they had to provide additional information.

Ordered this product for indoor play. The first shipment resulted in the bottom not holding air within a couple of weeks. It was replaced by the company and now, a month later it isn’t holding air again. We have not gone over the weight limit and there have not been any sharp or non-ball objects in the ball pit that could result in it popping. This ball pit is not good for every day use.

I manage a busy OT sensory gym and we love the portability but it usually needs replacing after 3 months and is pricey but we don't want a stagnant structure in the gym. So, we purchase about 3 a year.

Our kids love it they go in every day after school.Great product just as described

Good quality ball pit that has an inflated bottom for a nice cushion to sit on.

Fantastic ball pit while it lasted. Used in a playroom for my three children ages 4,3,&2. It started leaking air after a few months and is no longer usable. For the amount of money they are charging it needs to last a lot longer than that

ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had purchased this ball pit for our son with special needs. It has deflated before 5 months of use and the issue is on a seam and therefore cannot be patched. No one has the decency to even call me back nevermind have some compassion for a boy who found joy using this every day and a family that has already spent $568 on this item. The pit was used by him alone, no other toys, on a carpeted surface and treated very well. I am disgusted at the complete disregard for customer service from Unbeatable Sale.
