OXO Good Grips Serrated Prep Peeler

I love having a serrated vegetable peeler! They work very well on vegetables with a thick or tough skin, and the design is easy to operate safely. I purchased this one to replace a similar Pampered Chef item, and it has performed equally as well, although it is slightly shorter in length.

It came on time. Very good, easy to use, easy of holding. Great.

Perfect in everyway. Easy to use and peels smoothly.

It was easy to peel.. but it is a little too small to hold’ but everything else is pretty good. They are sharp and easy to use. Next time I probably go for a larger one.

I don't know how long this little serrated peeler has been around but I just discovered it this month. No more dipping peaches in hot water to get their skins off. The peeler works great. I ate more peaches this past month than I have in a long time. I haven't tried it on tomatoes yet, but I'm guessing it will work well on those too.

This is the best peeler I’ve ever had. I know it’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I peeled the skin off of a big beef master tomato in the same time it would take to peel the skin off of an apple with a normal peeler. I started to throw my old peeler in the trash but decided to keep it for peeling potatoes and stuff like that. This OXO peeler seems to be more designed for soft fruit and vegetables. I just bought it for the sole purpose of peeling tomatoes, but I can’t wait to try it out on peaches.

We bought this to make a shaved asparagus salad. What a game changer! It shaves the asparagus at just the right thickness. We'll be using it to prep asparagus for cooked recipes, too.

This Oxo range of peeler is the best and only brand I use. I have unfortunately hAve a habit of throwing my peeler away with the skins nearly a monthly occurrence. This is the one I buy over and over for 8 years now. Easy peeling, great cuttings on the blade leaves a nice smooth peel. Good weight on grip.

Felt silly ordering it. But no regrets. I no longer resist buying thicker asparagus as this makes prep much easier. I keep buying them now in fact, knowing that I can prep them in a flash.

Fast delivery but yet to try the asparagus peeler.

Very happy with this purchase as it has seen a lot of use in the kitchen and has never disappointed. Easy to hold, use and clean. Can't ask for much more in a product.

This is WONDERFUL for peeling peaches, tomatoes, all difficult fruits & veggies. It will peel a fully ripe peach without turning it to mush. Wattch your fingers though, it's sharp!
