I had purchased the previous version Hoover wh20200steam mop 2 years ago. The unit works great but bying parts that have broken is not possible. I have been waiting since back in March for a new handle- they due not have any in stock. Now Hoover says August. Originally it was July. The handle was designed poorly. The unit fell backwards when the latch did not hold and shattered the handle when it hit the floor.

Compared to my Bissell, this does not clean well. I have tried it with and without the grey holder to get the floor clean. It doesn’t put enough steam straight onto the floor to clean up ground in food. Will be returning.

I love my floor cleaner. I had an older model that wasn't working right. So I went on line with good old Amazon and had a little different model that was really reasonable. My old one has a hand held steamer for cleaning tile, grout, stoves and so many other things. That still worked on my old machine, this model did not have this options. Couldn't go wrong with the price. Could not live with out a floor steamer.

Amazing.. cleans well easy to asemble easy to clean the towels.. best thing for any floors

Just received it yesterday. Today I took it out of box and put it together. Filled it up and plugged it in. Blue light comes on and backside gets hot. One hour later still no steam. Called customer service They said to send it back to where I bought it.

Have tried out several different brands of steam mops and all have broken! This is, by far, the best I have used. Not sure how it will hold up (only time will tell). Fingers crossed to Hoover having the best product! SO far, they haven't let me down!

My wife loves it. We have tile floors and this steemer works great. It also works on the vinyl doggy door that gets all dirty.And it does a good job on my tile shower floor, we used to scrubb it with soft scrubb to get it clean, NO MORE.

I love my steam cleaner. It is easy to use on all floor types. Hardwood though needs to be buffed after the steam. Floors look nice and stay clean for a while. I also use the steam alone to clean and disinfect floors in my showers. Yes, I would recommend the seller and the product to others.

Just plain didn’t work, so I returned it. The water/solution reservoir was very difficult to get back in place once filled. If it had worked, this would have been a constant hassle. My unit failed to do anything, because the water wasn’t delivered from the reservoir even though I tried several times to seat it correctly. Frustrating.

Easiest way to clean floors with 2 young kids. Removes grime with ease. Only issue is the tile scrubber wears faster then I would like.

Product is great for cleaning hardwood floors however, not that great at cleaning tiles.. leaves streaks and defeats the purpose of cleaning. Overall product is great and would definitely recommend it.
