Good quality, slightly salty, gamey, good fat content and slightly acidic. Fair price. Pleased with my purchase.

Bought this product for Christmas. Most of the meat was hard as jerky un edible to much fat tasted greasy and left a horrible after taste it went in the bin not worth the money I paid for it. You can get better quality ham from the supermarket for a better price. Very disappointing won't be buying again.

This is my third order of this ham. Flavour wise is delicious but this piece has too much fat (tocino) when the previous ones had very little.

Ignored all the negative reviews and bought this meat. IT IS A HARD PIECE OF ROCK. UNSLICABLE, HAD A STRANGE SMELL, AND JUICING, TOUGH - EVEN MY DOG HAD PROBLEMS EATING IT. I WASTED HARD EARNED MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

this cured shoulder has a super taste and a very nice texture in many ways more interesting than ham, my family and I very much enjoyed munching it during the easter holiday. highly recommended. Will buy it again .
